Burrito Filling

1 20oz can green enchilada sauce
3 frozen chicken breasts
1 can black beans - undrained
1 can pinto beans - undrained
1 can corn - undrained
1 16 oz jar salsa
1 small can chilies
1 1/2 c. minute rice - CANNOT substitute regular rice
3 T. lime juice
handful of fresh, chopped cilantro

Put 1st 7 ingredients in crock pot.  Cook on low 8-9 hours.  Shred chicken with fork - there will be a lot of liquid.  Add minute rice, lime juice, and cilantro.  Cook for 10 - 15 min more.  Place in flour tortillas, top with cheese, sour cream, salsa, and guac as desired.
